If you’ve tried workout videos, group classes, or training exercises but you’re still in pain and not seeing the results you desire, you’re not alone. Many people live with ongoing pain, believing it’s something they just have to accept.

How Pilates Works

Pilates is designed to improve joint stability, mobility, muscular recruitment and endurance, to help restore pain-free movement. Pilates can support those of all fitness levels, from beginner, to performance level - and everyone in between.

My Approach

Unlike general fitness Pilates, I tailor each session to your body’s needs— prioritizing the efficiency and quality of your movement through muscular recruitment and repatterning, and educating you on proper biomechanics to help you move more freely through all of your favourite activities. 

One-on-One Private Sessions

I offer private, customized Pilates sessions to ensure every movement supports your fitness journey.

Online or In-person Instruction

I offer 1-1 sessions at our fully equipped Pilates studio in Leaside. Can’t make it in person? Virtual sessions are a wonderful option for those who live far away, are travelling, or prefer exercising in the comfort of their own home! All you’ll need is your mat and some small props.

What to Expect
in a Session

Everyone’s first session is an assessment session, where I assess their movement patterns, range of motion, posture, and discuss biomechanics. Homework exercises are provided at the end of the class - consistency is key! I reassess every 4-6 weeks to track progress and modify homework to ensure progression is happening.


  1. Connect to your breath & body through mobility exercises and breath work.

  2. Targeted exercises including the Pilates apparatus, weights, and other fun props!

  3. Sessions are 1 hour long
